The staff team works to keep the server safe and enjoyable for its players by moderating the chats and ensuring everyone plays according to the rules. They are normal players just like everyone else, with added jobs of managing the community, increasing responsibilities based on rank, and assisting the owner when necessary.
There are no benefits to being a staff member. BlissScape staff members do not get paid or receive any special privileges in-game or otherwise.
A staff member that abuses their powers will be removed from the staff team.
Anyone who is able to communicate clearly and present themselves in an appropriately professional enough manner can become a staff member; it may be a volunteering job, but it is still a customer service job, and we have high standards.
